When you contact us for a quote or engineering support, we may receive your name, company name, email address, phone number, project requirements, quantities, delivery schedule, and other details you choose to provide. This can include drawings, photographs, or documents you send by email.

You can submit contact details, project notes, quantities, target dates, and optional drawings or documents through our quote form. You can also contact us by email or telephone.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, understand your project, prepare estimates, communicate about requested services, and support work you ask us to perform. We may also use relevant records to manage business communications and meet applicable legal obligations.

Website services & technical information

Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and message delivery information, to deliver their services and maintain security.

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to connect to Google servers. This website does not currently include Sparks-added advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may use its own cookies or similar technology for access and security.

Email links open your email application, and telephone links use your device’s calling features. Those services handle information under their own privacy practices.

Inquiry processing & sharing

Quote forms and attachments are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our sales inbox. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days in its submission archive; uploaded files are not retained in that archive. Email providers also process the messages and attachments delivered to us. FormSubmit uses reCAPTCHA for spam protection. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

How long we keep information

We may retain inquiry and project correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for estimates, follow-up, customer service, project records, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and the purpose for which it is held.
